Okay...so i went against my Doctors orders ...and not only did i ride my quad ... but i entered and rode in the 2nd Round of the Kzn Regional Off Road series.
Yes,it was a very silly thing to do,especially only after 3 weeks of having shoulder surgery.

I have my first appointment with the Sports Physiotherapist today....apparently she is going to make me cry.....

So,i had a bit of a crash on Tuesday Morning,whilst practising for an upcoming race.
My shoulder popped out of place (old recurring injury).
We managed to pop it back in,but the next day i got up to get some coffee,and out it popped again.

Went to see the doctor,and he immediately booked me in for surgery.
They repaired the damaged rotator cup and replaced...

Okay,so the picture below may be a little soppy....but my wife just sent it to me and it cheered me up a bit.
Our little sausage dog Matilda ,became very ill on Friday morning.We rushed her to the vet,and in the process of rushing ,we had the front wheel of the truck come off.
Luckily one wheel nut held on,otherwise it could have gotten ugly....

We spoke to the Mid Wife today ,and booked out first appointment with her,for next week.
It will already be 8 weeks.Time is starting to fly by.
We have decided to have a home ,water birth.
The Midwife is fine with it and our medical insurance will cover everything.
I have already started making a wooden rocking crib which will be based on the picture...
