There was a bat that flew into my apartment last night. My boyfriend and I went for a walk to the post office and to the grocery store. Blood in yer ears? Without any recent injuries and doing a lot of diving, sounds like you may have perf'd an eardrum. Might want to get it checked out to make sure it heals properly. Deafness deprives one of so many pleasures....

As a medical professional, I would be WAY remiss not to advise you to GET MEDICAL ATTENTION. Now. Come on, get a move on, girl. There are millions of possible causes, many benign, but if, as wizardscorch suggests, you've perforated a tympanic membrane in while diving, you will need to ensure no insidious microorganisms have infiltrated. Infections in your head are not "wait till next week" things. They can kill you without consideration for your time schedule. Yes, that is pretty rude of them, but they're germs, so whaddaya expect? And IMMEDIATELY TELL THE MEDICAL WORKERS ABOUT YOUR DIVING.
Anyway, you shouldn't be reading this; you shyould be on your way to get it taken care of.
