If money were no object...

This was a blog homework for hopefuls and models. It's something we have all thought about ( like hitting the big lottery) and I thought it would be fun.

Inspired by Rock on the Range, I would want to put on a charity rock weekend for Riley's children's hospital and pay for it upfront so everything could go straight to the hospital. I would like to set it up like this. 20 bands that gave something in their set directly to inspire these kids in pain like Shinedown, Godsmack, Disturbed, and more. For math purposes, let's say each band is $50,000 per set ($1 mill invested). Make it a two day event at Lucas oil. Venue say $1 mill. Food and merchandise $500,000. All invested. With getting people on the field, potentially a 50,000 attending event. At rock on the range prices, 50,000 x $200 = $10,000,000.

And here is where it gets good for me. If it sells out, then find a way to pay per stream. More for the kids. Pay per view? More for the kids. DVD and cd sales ( 2 disk of 2 songs per artist) more for the kids. Between sets and set up, do a remote acoustic. Set from the hospital for kids who can't attend? And if it all goes well?

Do the same in Nashville at Titans stadium for St. Jude's. Country for Children Cancer. Do the same in Denver at Red Rock.

Who here wouldn't make a $10 mill investment that would potentially pay out 5 times that, sustainable for years ( think of 80% in sales until you reach initial investment of 125% to include inflation for the next year) and then everything going 100% to the hospitals.

Just to know that the money can be there to help research and innovative surgery to protect the most vulnerable, makes me feel like there is hope to fix some of these problems in the world.

I hit the lottery, all of you will be invited to the party.
