I recently watched the movie "Chef" again and it just floored me. If you havent seen it, i recommend it highly. It made me miss being in the kitchen and creating dishes. All i have thought about this last week is when i make this move to Florida in late August, looking to start my own kitchen and get back to being me. Recipies and flavors are dominating my mind.
