About detox, every morning first thing I drink a cup of water with lemon squeezed, the water must be a little warm, it cleans you inside before breakfast.

I always keep in mind my intentions about what to do in the week and further, this week I want to workout as usual, have some time to read enough, cut the hair shorter ecc.. I confess that I dont believe in resolution, I have failed every resolution in my life, so I started doing things without resolutions and I found that works. Does not mean that don't works for you, go on and be wonderful.

ive been feeling a little out of sorts the last few days.

Im lacking ideas, Inspiration and originality which has left me feeling unfulfilled and worse unattractive.

I am in a rut and I need to acheive something to boost my self esteeem.
