Today I go to the doctors to get my bum shaved off...the bone tip that was left when my collar bone healed following its breakage...
these almost 2 weeks after my Iron Distance I have ran a grand total of 2 times for a total distance of 6 miles...I have been a bum, but oh well...after I get healed...
