School started today!
I scheduled all my classes for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This serves a dual purpose. One is that I get 4 days a week to dedicate just to work and and homework I have, plus free time. Another food blog! I just improvised some (thus far) tasty stuffed mushrooms.
Not entirely improvised, but enough that it bears no resemblance to the original recipe (other than being mushroom-based)
Cheap mushrooms, diced potatoes, goat cheese, yellow onions, and seasoned bread crumbs.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

That is a unique idea for mushrooms. I have never thought of using potatoes. We are also a vegetarian household, so meatless ideas are super extra awesome. smile I make all kinds of things if you ever want to swap food ideas.
