im not really sure what the average dream whale may be....this one lives in this building and is kept in a tank for observational purposes, im not sure if its a good thing or a bad thing that its in a tank. i know i do feel kind of sad about her being there because its located right next to the ocean which she can not live in because shes in a tank... 
Back from less than a week in calgary. Gave a talk last week that went pretty well. Time to start looking for a job for the fall. My sweet gig at the university's going to run out in a few months.
