I feel like I'm going to puke.
I'm not speaking in metaphor. My anxiety level, depression, everything I'm feeling has my stomach churning. This is great, high note to start blogging, isn't it?
My father is having an intestinal resectioning in two places Friday. He got lucky with his Crohn's. He got the lovely rare case that isn't in the small bowel. No, his in the much more vital and difficult to reach intestine. If the surgery can be performerd laproscopically, he'll be in the hospital for 5 days. If it has to be more invasive, his stay will be longer. At least he's having the surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, which is about the best place to have this surgery.
My back is utterly fucked up. I'm walking with a cane. The sciatica might have improved from the first two injections, but it's still there, and all the parts of my leg that my surgery in '06 were relieved by getting the discs off the nerves are having problems. I'm worried that I may need a second surgery.
At school - my required logic course is scheduled at the same time as the seminar I want to take and the Hume course. I'm worried about getting to candidacy.
