and as far as i know, noone else has seen that image tattooed, otherwise it would be made known in there or to you.
as for your image being sold as flash, i HIGHLY doubt that.

its like i said in the thread, one person probably got it, other people saw it and liked it, so they got it too.
thats how a lot of tattoos become popular.
its an incredible image and would make for a fucking RAD tattoo.
i would be ecstatic that people were getting an image I created permanently put on them.
i think thats a HUGE form of flattery.
if its really that big of a deal, remove the image form the sites it is on.
that should slow down traffic and stop people from seeing your awesome image and wanting it on them.

I am in law school and I'm actually getting ready to work on a paper about copyright and tattoos. fascinating topic, but i would be astoundingly surprised if a court would hold a tattoo artist liable for looking at your picture (even a copyrighted image) and then "interpreting it" into a tattoo design. i would be astounded...really.

It's a tough choice for you to have to make, since as you said it really will make a big difference. I've recently seen that choice can really become your worst enemy as it forces you to really pick one out of several all great options.

Well... i would express myself, ask him what he wants, and tell him you need to think abt what you are going to do. try to busy yourself and think abt how you'd get along without him b4 you make a decision. try it on and see. meanwhile, if you begin to see you can do without him just fine, you'll feel liberated and able to make a decision if that is what you want. AND, sadly, being cold and distant is what will make him move toward you, tho i am not saying play a game of silent treatment just to get him or get him back. Really, you do, and we all do, deserve better!
