so i went back to TheBar for the first time since TheRejection, and frankly, everything was fine. TheBartendress was a little less chatty than normal when she first came in (T-Slats and i got there before she came on) but actually, after 'Slats left, she seemed to warm up and we chatted a bit, more or less like normal.
so, no worries, we're still pals i guess, the service was stellar as always, and my tab was as cheap as ever.
in other words, everything's basically normal in my life
