Today is my quit day for smoking cigarettes. I am looking forward to the health benefits as well as the financial ones. This will be tough but I know I can do it, just need the right supports around me!

I've quit a bunch of times, was mad when I failed but I keep trying. Been smoke free for over a year, first few months are tough but it is all mental and truly breaking a habit. My jaw was sore from chewing gum lol

I miss writing. I like writing to people and receiving letters from people, that don't include a bill. Would anyone be interested in being my pen pal? I think it would be a hoot!
