Today and tomorrow Sleater-Kinney and Quasi are playing at the Crystal Ballroom, and I believe I am going to miss both of the shows, like a pud. Saturday, they're playing with the Blacks Keys, too, who are like the White Stripes, only better.

In Frech, I believe, peu is pronounced somewhat similarly, but it means little as a quantification. Possibly pou or poow, but I am fairly sure that poo is the standard.

You might get them to stop long enough for the brain to kick back in. It will probably be most effective if you are known to be reserved and/or level haeded. It might be great fun too.

Today has been sweet so far. Drinking strong black coffee laced with lavender honey in the tub; scraping the relaxation off my face with a sharp razor; a walk in the chill air downtown; a mild and unimposing day at work.

Wellll, thankfully the holidays are over, and now, hopefully, I can get down to some reasonable behavior and thought processes. January ought to be a time for self-reflection, but I'm sure the lil devil will still grab a hold of me.
