" for love it is never the same. what goes on inside is never the same, just like music which changes every instant. for love there are a million variations, a million nights, a million days, contrasts in moods, in textures, whims, a million gestures colored by emotion, by sorrow, joy, fear, courage, triumph, by revelations which deepen the groove, creations which expand its demensions,...

i found a great new magazine today. 'baby' -it has kind of a culture clash theme. cool, random stuff, inventions, people.

this one guy makes these funny tent thingies (they look like big cyber/ hundertwasser raindrops) that attach to trees. cool. i want one.

There's a not too bad show at Blum & Poe in Santa Monica right now. It's a group show called "I See A Darkness". The show at Angles in kinda nice too. Sorry to be so westside-centric, but most of the other shows i've seen lately haven't been too good.
Have you seen the drawing show at the Armand Hammer Museum? You might like that. There are some nice moments in there.
And I agree with you about Viola. I haven't even seen this show, but the guy can be so fuckin melodramatic and into the "Big Questions", that it all seems so over the top and cheeseball.
OK, I shuddup now.

i found an amazing new place today.

crawling with cacti and succulents.. i brought home a few souveniers. one purple and dark green succulent type flower and a hanging succulent thingie with little flowers.

there was so much to look at, it was calming to just walk arounnd..

i love LA because of all the wonderful secret places there are to discover.
