I've officially finished the first section of the PCT, the desert (miles 0-700), and am now well into the second section - the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Highlights of this section include a side trip to summit Mt Whitney (tallest peak in the continental US), Forester Pass (the highest point along the official PCT route), Rae Lakes, Thousand Island Lakes, and a stop in one of my favorite trail towns - Bishop, CA. I plan to slow down through this section to really savor it - it's just the most beautiful place. I'll be picking up the pace again in NorCal and Oregon. I'm over 1/4 of the way done with the trail!
I also finally have a new set in Member Review - PURPLE RAIN ☔️! My Prince cosplay/tribute set. I'm about to lose cell service again for a decent stretch but so so so appreciate everyone who has left love and comments on the set, and hope you'll continue to enjoy and share it until I can log in again! 🙏🏻💜💕
