I mentioned recently that we were going to Utah to start looking at places over the holiday break. My expectations were that we'd have to make 2-3 trips at least to find a good fit, and that we'd be making multiple offers before anything got accepted given how competitive the housing market is right now.

Well, we fell absolutely in love with a perfect house, made an offer, and it was accepted 😅 so we're officially under contract! Not gonna celebrate too hard until closing, but pretty stoked about this and looking forward to getting out there 🥰

Gonna be a nice way to start 2021.
