the best thing to do is the right thing. i understand that because she's your sister that it may be tearing you in half but even we need to stop our own family from doing harm sometimes. that is the greatest love of all.

No one wants to see your nephew suffering from this, so i'd talk to my sister and pretty much tell her to work things out.
