Paypal can be a real annoyance - if you don't have a checking account linked up to it or if you haven't some of the verifications then it will be incredibly difficult with you or refuse to work. You might have to manually send the money to the seller if the automated checkout isn't working.
in fact, he hasnt had a steady job in about 6 months.
