so i gained more weight....-_- back at 257lbs...last time i was at that number it was my 20th birthday...

Breakfast
1 cup dannon light vanilla yogurt (110 cals)
1/2 cup fiber one cereal (60 cals)
1 medium fuji apple (90 cals)
280 cals
been taking notes of meals to make
Now i'm gonna hop on the elliptical and try to do 20 mins....
i will be editing this blog again for lunch but not dinner since i'll be out!
Snack time

Multi-Grain Strawberry cereal bar (140 cals)
420 cals
any healthy meal suggestions, snacks recipes please message them to me...

Steph did the calorie-counting thing too and it helped her lose a good bit of weight. When I check the calculator that Stephanie used, it's telling me that you should start at an average intake of 2300 per day and then slowly work down from there as you see progress. You've probably already done this, but you might want to try to figure out what your average daily calorie intake was when you were gaining weight so that you have a better idea of where your metabolism currently is and what you need to do with your diet to reach your own goals. Starting your intake too low probably isn't healthy and it'll make it harder to stick to a program.
