it's a form of power yoga created by a now retired wrestler, there is dvd's you can do or a DDP Yoga Now app on iOS and android. its really changed my life, I used to have bad neck shoulder and back ache sore knees too. DDP Yoga really helps get rid of the pain. xxx

I bought our last one online. Memory foam ships in a roll so its easier to move around as long as you don't open it til it's right where you want it.
