@gadget they don't need me while they sleep lol but I get what you mean. I only picked up shifts when that I knew that I would be working with people who actually do their jobs. Less stress which is a WIN. Today my mom, who works with me but has different nights off, watched my 2 year old so I could get sleep. 5 consecutive hours!!! It was great.

@glass42 They say that after you get it the first time it's easier to get it again. I was absolutely miserable the first time I got it. Spent 3 days in the hospital hooked up to round the clock IV antibiotics (since the broad spectrum antibiotic wasn't working and I work in healthcare). I was going crazy.

I went through a several year stretch where every cold dragged on with what the doctor called "walking pneumonia".  It got very very old. I hope you're feeling better soon.

@littlejohn22 I was up until 4am! Kind of creeped myself out after watching Hush. My pomeranian didn't want to come up the back steps after going potty so I had to go down and get him. Thought I was going to get my ankle slashed going down the steps LMAO! Then when I finally got in bed my mind played tricks on me and I made my husband check upstairs because I thought I heard footsteps. I finally went to sleep and slept until 1pm! LOL
