I went to a party in hollywood last night. Wayyyyyyyy too many people were there, but I tried to have a good time. This hotel hired a girl to be their PR person, and she decided she'd invite Cannibal Flower to have a show in the massive lobby. She also decided that this event would double as a birthday party. Problem was, her guest list approached 300 people, which was a little more than the ammount of people showing up for cannibal flower. Also, the people who she invited brought guests. A bunch of us headed up to her room for a while, but there were FAR too many people to make that work. Plus, the hotel owner and his wife were really antsy when they finally realized just how large of an event their new PR girl had arranged.

We left early and went to a friend's house. Had a pretty good time there. I'm slowly getting to know the group that centers around that house. They seem like cool people. They're a bunch of film-makers and other assorted artists.

I think I'm going to transfer the screenplay I've been working on into Final Draft. From what I hear, this is going to improve productivity dramatically.
