How about this...Run around messing up your house like a crazy woman (that's the fun part) and then spend the rest of the day cleaning everything up...again. Every time you want a cigarette you'll end up having to clean thus subconsciously helping to kil the cravings!
Dr. Phil doesn't have anything on me! I to can make up inpractical solutions to problems. And I still have all my own hair!

I so have days like that. The day feels like the night and the night feels like the day and then your internal clock gets all out of whack.
I hardly ever eat, but I think that it's cause of all the meds that I take, but I wish that I'd lose weight from the food that I don't eat.
That sucks that you burn. I hardly ever burn *knocks on wood*. I will get red for a little bit but it's usually brown or one it's way the next day. Once I got sunburned so bad though, I had blisters on my forehead and nose, and it was like two days before I had to be fit tested for my SCBA (breathing apparatus) for my second fire season and where the mask sat on my face was like right where the burn was, and it killed! Also, heat near sunburns sucks, and I was firefighting and OUCH! It just hurt so bad!!! But I learned my lesson, I hope.
Also, I uploaded some cool pics, check them out under "Tuff shit" I think....they're so cool, I had to share them!

My sister burns like a lobster! It's sad, but it's so funny. I don't think that I've ever seen anyone get as red as she does. I'm afraid that she'll get skin cancer or something!!
