This morning I have:
Polished my toenails.
Made my bed.
Washed the 6 dishes in the sink.
Taken a shower.
Woken the cat up specifically to mess with him--twice.
Written 14 emails.
Read 3 chapters of Life, the Universe, and Everything.
Played a bunch of goofy games on my other "addicted to it" website.
Boxed a lovely lunch for my mom to pick up & take to work with her this evening.
Eaten 7 Certs.
Called my Friend w/Benefits & left VM about what I want for my birthday
Done other random &/or unmentionable things.
And I STILL want a fucking cigarette

How many days has it been without a cigarette now?

How about this...Run around messing up your house like a crazy woman (that's the fun part) and then spend the rest of the day cleaning everything up...again. Every time you want a cigarette you'll end up having to clean thus subconsciously helping to kil the cravings!
Dr. Phil doesn't have anything on me!
