Displays of anger can sometimes exagerate vulnerability and weaknesses. Out of proportion reactions and escalation of aggression in response to small misunderstandings can many times indicate unresovled issues and denial of insecurities. Displacement is so much easier for people than to come to terms with their own anger and its sources. Its not our fault that we are angry, but its our anger. I don't...

Yes, real swords why?

angels:
Well that was an interesting post of yours...

Displays of anger can be a way of manipulating people into engaging in conflict with you. I knew a person who did this because it was the only level in which they felt safe to communicate in. That's a sure sign of a big mental issue.

Displacement is something common and people do it to varying degrees. Usually they do it because they are feeling bad or guilty about something and need to justify a thought, emotion or action. The reason? Many people can't cope with high levels of emotional stress and some people can't deal with any level of it or have problems taking any form of responsibility.

With that said, sometimes anger is warranted. If someone tried to kill you, molest you, etc. that sort of anger would be warranted but it's only healthy for a short span of time. You'd have to be able to move on from it and get through it somehow.

So, the Black Beans.

My Brother gave me some Afghani Truffles. I shaved them into the beans.
I also added dehydrated minced red bell, carmalized red onions, and mm thin criminis.

Served with rainbow chard and an elk steak with melted bleu on top, its all good.

Fat Tire a nice touch.

Something Drama This Way Comes

I'm thinking I may leave the site after the prom. I barely keep in touch with my flesh and blood friends through myspace, and, though the coolness here is unfathomable, I've hardly met anyone here in person. Not that I wouldn't like to, but for the most part, aside from some chuckles here and there,...

Her eyes make me melt. Then again, I'm sort of a sucker for the eyes.

I leave here a lot, too. I get a six month to a year membership, get annoyed with people/stuff, let it expire, get wooed back by cheap membership and missing a couple folks, wash, rinse, repeat.
