Do me and yourselves a favor, and sometime today, exclaim a sincere "rrrRRRAAARRRRRrrrggghhhhh!!!!", please. It feels great.
I've been doing that quite a bit lately.
I have so much moving to do. I've been up here in Humboldt trying to sort out what I want to keep and what I don't, what's going where or who's getting what. Then there's the cleaning. Holy Shit, My People. The Cleaning. I just want to sandblast everything and then blow it up.
Strange that these thoughts are going through my head, when there are monster tornados ripping civilization off the face of parts of the midwest. No wonder they're so god-fearing. I doubt they're very big on knick-knacks either.
I have an opportunity to spend the summer working on my friends' land in some densly forested California mountains. I'd be helping them with some serious rennovation and building. Its beautiful out there. I'd get in shape and save some money. On the down side, I'd miss out on any type of social scene, I'd be cut off from contact with my family and friends for days on end, and my sushi skills wouldn't be getting any better at all.
Then there's the job I have waiting for me in the city. Sushi at a hip young cat of a restaurant, where I can learn something new, but my own knowledge and skills would be simmering on the backburner in light of my refound position of low man on the totem pole. I would be in the city though, with Beautiful women, music, drink, & every kind of food I could want in abundance. I doubt I'd save any kind of money, but I'd be living.
If I could get a job teaching english overseas in November, I'd go to the mountains for the summer. I've been doing sushi a long time. It takes so much patience for me to be outranked by people with lesser abilities.
and I haven't been having nearly enough sex lately. Maybe I'll smoke some herb and go for a run on the
beach.
Who's going to this Prom thing this weekend?
