How is it that I spend 30 minutes on the phone with customer service in another country and get nothing but pissed off? If I get the same answers from someone who I can understand, I accept that I'm getting ass-raped by my phone carrier.

Sprint. When I asked to speak with someone in the U.S., I was told that their phone system is like a lottery and I would have to continue calling until it put me through to someone here. I guess they thought I wouldn't do it.
