Had the first workout lastnight.
DUDE! Circuit training is the shit! I loved it! They have it set up that you use each machine for 30 seconds twice. You switch and move to a platform doing whatever you want, then do the next machine. Instead of creating the fatigue of the gym, it does this total body workout and I LOVE it!!!
