Our Winter Camp went amazing this weekend. 80 of us went snowboarding, onsening (onsen is a hot spring for bathing in Japan), and partied hardy at our giant wood lodge all night Saturday. I feel kind of guilty that I'm so controlling and did almost all of the work and organizing myself. I do a good of delegating most tasks, but I need to delegate more so that I am not so overwhelmed and others are not underutilized. I have to know that things will get done, and get done well, even if I don't personally do them.
Instead of killing myself studying all week to maybe pass my kanji test on Sunday, I'm going to give myself plenty of time to study and ace it in June.
I need a nap. I'm going to look at pretty girls first.
