Work has been really hectic. It's a lot of fun planning our Christmas Party, but I know that there won't be so much as a Thank you, but only the "they should've done this" or "they should've done that" and other complaints. The committee putting the party together has put in personal money and personal time to give the staff this Christmas Party. The department is paying for the food and room rental of course, but we've gone out and purchased door prizes and supplies for the activities we have planned for the party. I can just hear the gripes right now. There are a few of the people I work with that I know will be so Thankful for what we've prepared, and it's their reactions that keep me motivated to bring them a fun afternoon.

So here I sit now, my kids peacefully sleeping, watching Law & Order SVU cause hubby had to go to work for some weird training thing. I'm going to work on the project for the Christmas Party, and try to make some new SG friends during some break times.

Oh, Barney and Blue's Clues guys both are really fucking gay, Teletubbies are a weird acid trip, and BooBah (the twins favorite) is the weirdest shit you will ever see. I think they're aliens trying to infiltrate our world through PBS.

Less than 2 weeks until the SGAZ Christmas Party. I hope everything works out so we can make it up there for the party.
