Some lady broke her ankle in the hallway while I was at work. It happened three feet away form me so I heard/saw everything. All I could think about was, "DON'T LAUGH or they'll know how much of an asshole you really are." I ended up helping out and taking her to the emergency room but as soon as she was out of eyesight I broke down laughing for fifteen minutes straight.

Nah, you're not a dick. Humans are hilarious -- I say go ahead and laugh. It's all karma payback anyway. You laugh at the lady and some day, somewhere, someone will get to laugh at something YOU did. Now doesn't that make you feel better?
