Last night i spent 40 mins on the phone arguing with Comcast, i called to turn off service July 29th, turned in my box Aug 3rd, and somehow they think it is justified that i should pay August bill at an address i moved out of, and that a invoice states is billed in advanced for Sept to Oct.
Now because they are fucking Idiots, i need to go to my bank in person and sign a form not to have any money electronically deducted from my account to them, then i have to go up to Comcast in person AGAIN, and tell them what assholes and idiots they are, and bad customer service they provide.
without foaming at the mouth or getting arrested. and waste more of my fucking time. I'm not surprised.after my best friends mom died, they harassed her for money after she turned in the box, and she showed them the death certificate, after all said in done of arguing over a bill issued that shouldn't have been , they said how can we get your business back, she said, Bring my mother back! what insensitive assholes they are. they treat everyone like a fucking criminal, they said that the service was still on even after i asked for it to be shut off, and I said i didn't have a box, how could i be using the service, they still insisted that i could watch basic cable, i said i didn't even live there, now i have to bring my new lease to prove this stupid shit and have them call my old landlord to prove i was not on the premise that they claim i was still receiving cable for, WHEN YOU SAY STOP SERVICE WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT MEAN? it means fucking stop! not bill me later after, i even turn in the fucking cable box! sorry i am so pissed off i can't even make sense.

Speaking of my old landlord, I wrote them a letter when i mailed the keys back saying,
to whom it may concern, I have a letter stating that my old landlord turned over my security deposit to you.
I have another letter stating that you have my security deposit in escrow.
i also have my security deposit slip receipt.
if i don't receive my deposit back by Sept 1st you will be hearing from me.
Yesterday i got the check in the mail, yay now i can buy a washer and dryer, my dream come true!
