ahhh what a productive weekend.....
unpacked some things, and cooked some 1st time meals in the new loft.
unpacked the bathroom, and the finished the kitchen.
I made a Scaloppini in my crock-pot with A pork tenderloin and a few hot Italian sausages, with a side of fried baby eggplant parm.
brunch was Organic pancakes with Godiva Milk Chocolate shavings, Ok next time just get Bisquick or Auntjamama Mix. Organic sucks, too dry.
Cheddar scrambled eggs, Jalapeo home fries, Chorizo sausage, and a pot of English breakfast tea.
Now i bet your saying to yourself " man I like to see some pix of this food, Well your in luck I took loads, just need to post and size when i get a moment.

Ha! I'm laughing at the mini-movie.
Oh, I heard about this place in Wiscasset, Maine, Red's Eats, that has these most amazing lobster rolls that guarentees at least one pound of meat from a lobster. It's like a littel shack on the side of the road of Route 1 that you order then go around back and sit at these picnic tables to eat. Made me laugh, but the way they were described made my mouth water and almost want one (and I don't like lobster).
Hope you have a great day love.
PS. Oh, I'm so going to get to do some gloating while appearing to be a kind soul later on. The place I left in December lost another network person, so I'm gonna call later today and offer to contract with them to fill the position until they fill it permanently. I figure I'll be turned down, but I'll come out feeling great, and look like a star. Ahhh....I love win-win situations.
