I could lie to you and say I have all the answers. I could lie to you and say I am your salvation. I could lie to you and tell you that you are loved.

An emissary of peace, an advocate of violence. An itemized and catalogued chaos. The secret of life handed out in garbage-destined flyers. It can be said that I have been many things to many people, but I would have to disagree. I have been, and only will be one thing ever.

I've never heard that those types of blades wear out faster.. thanks for the tip 
I'm willing to pay quite a bit of money though, so I'm hoping throwing cash at the problem and buying high quality ones will prevent that. 
(I get good use out of roller blades!)
