Trust me I know... I lived in a very rural community in Mexico for about six months which was virtually ruined by Cancun. It's not exactly the same, but it certainly demonstrates what happens when people think about dollars first and people second. It honestly makes me sick. That's why I really appreciated your article. To think I would've continued supporting Coca-Cola Company. Grrr... Not to sound like a broken record, but seriously thank you. It's good to know other people think the same way. Unfortunately, I wish more of them lived in the US considering it is such a consumer culture and nobody cares where it's coming from just what it makes them look like to others!
