Spent part of today working on a new game setting for an RPG... bringing together story ideas, character options, history and such... Even using a different game system (Fantasy AGE).... Kinda fun to be creative again.
I had the same reaction to the COVID shot as I did to the regular flu shot... sore muscles and joint stiffness. Thankfully it was a slow work day and I left early and been able to take it easy. Simple resting, reading RPG books, and pain relievers FTW!

Long day at work, trying to keep busy until I had to leave for an appointment for the first of my COVID vaccine shots. Afterwards, I saw some friends at my local gaming shop, picked up a new RPG book, stopped by Barnes and Nobles to search for a book (Stephen Fry's Mythos) and found a board game I wanted for half off.

It was a lot of fun watching the group play... I always love to see new players getting excited with RPGs and @penny rocked it 😁... This morning I woke up with muscle pain throughout my left arm into the shoulder and neck, with some overall joint stiffness and fatigue. This is what normally happens when I get a flu shot so no surprise and it is still better than getting COVID. I will get better.
