Made it back to the gym after taking slightly over a month off due to shoulder pain, having seven different kids for tutoring, and the holidays. Damn sore but it was good to get back in there.

Trying my best... just want to get stronger against my thoughts... and get Beyond depression and anxiety. Thanks for those that listen!

Looking forward into things I want to try to accomplish, I realize that I want to find a way to become more creative and find real purpose... very thankful to see the posts, pictures, and writings of this community to help inspire such a goal.

Managed to get to the gym, have a nice meal with family, actually watched a little sportsball, and enjoyed a slice of french silk pie made by my sister (and I don't do dessert)...

Very nice Thanksgiving... or as my non USA friends call it... Thursday...

Still trying to improve. I am close to 260 for weigh... almost 90 pounds that I have lost. Changed diet and exercise have made a difference.

I've continued to lose some of the weight but have added in a gym regiment that has changed the focus from the scale to the weights.

I'm floating between 270 to 275 currently but I have really put on muscle... given that I have never been a gym person, now that I am benching 140 pounds is pretty good.
