As far as the exercise go follow the advise of your physio people, back injuries are no joke, I've known people in my profession that took years to recover because they pushed too hard. But yes, protein will make you feel full faster, leafy greens help you process it better and do what you can for exercise but do not overdue it.

Jesus tits! I've been looking around for a place to get Mitsy spayed and the closest one I have been able to find is 30 minutes away and costs $400!!!!!

I swear Boogar only cost me around $100... maybe a little more or less.. but DAAAAAAAAAMN...

Yeah I don't eat it much either, never really got into the fried icecream thing though, don't know why its pretty good, what about baked Alaska? Lol

I have this problem.. I REALLY enjoy baking... very counter productive to dieting, too. I've resisted the urge, tho. That last dessert I baked was sweet potato casserole.

Uhhhh bunnies can be litter box trained. My little one isn't spayed yet, so she forgets to poop in her box sometimes, but for the most part I have little to no mess... And even when she does poop outside the box, it's a little pellet that can be vacuumed or swept up extremely easily.

Lighting is way harder than what we could imagine huh? Lol. Half of that set was trash because of shadows and being way to dark. It sucks because some were really good pics. Plus my photographer doesnt really know all that much about shooting indoors. Do you shoot yourself? Or you have a pro? Im glad Im not the only one that struggles with this. biggrin Your previews look great. Love your nails. (I have a weakness for long nails and fun polish)

Wonderful news!

I'm going to foster some darling bunnies in need of love!

I also gave Boog and Mitsy run of the place again. I found a way to block off the behind-the-couch tunnel so they are currently cruising all over the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Hopefully they stay happy enough to NOT explore upstairs. Mitsy had better not teach Boog the climb-the-stairs...
