As far as the exercise go follow the advise of your physio people, back injuries are no joke, I've known people in my profession that took years to recover because they pushed too hard. But yes, protein will make you feel full faster, leafy greens help you process it better and do what you can for exercise but do not overdue it.

Uhhhh bunnies can be litter box trained. My little one isn't spayed yet, so she forgets to poop in her box sometimes, but for the most part I have little to no mess... And even when she does poop outside the box, it's a little pellet that can be vacuumed or swept up extremely easily.
