I created my own form of dieting. It's called Alliteration dieting. So I can only eat stuff that starts with a soft S sound for this week. lol. Like, Cereal - soup - salmon - strawberries - saltines - string cheese... etc. This is what I do for fun. Gonna start my training tonight too and I kind of can't wait till work is done...
