A day in the life of Lumo:

I wake up to coffee in my special cup, cuss and swear until the caffeine hits my system

I try cancel out the evil caffeine by drinking barley grass (also referred to as cud/ grass clippings)



and my other hippie stuff

I am on autopilot till I park outside my friends house where I am rudely awoken by the resident hobos loud tirade of this is a whites only neighborhood!!

Some semblance of composure is regained as we travel to work on the M14 and the smell of the sea breeze and beautiful coastal view smoothes away morning edges






My brain switches of for 8 hours at work and I spend the last 15 minutes of work watching the clock. I spend the next 20 minutes inventing interesting cusswords at taxis and getting a good dose of my mortality awareness while driving home.

I arrive home, rush to Fu for 2 hours of self flagellation and rush home to sleep.

The routine is not all bad but CHANGE MOTHERFUCKERS. Thats what I want for 2011. I want creativity, excitement and dynamism.

I recently went to see Die Antwoord. I cant express how thoroughly amazing that was. Yolandi Visser in a gloomy bear suit rocks my world.



There was too much crotch thrusting (unfortunately by Ninja) for my brain to handle. It was such a terrifying/awesome experience (I thought about making a neologism of those two words but it wasnt happening). I took such epic photos but my memory card in my camera decided to crap out. I also saw another band, Jacks panic: the music isnt really my kind of thing but their live LED mask clad poncing performance was very impressive.

The bust memory card brings to mind another thing to add to aims for 2011: destroy less technology. That resolution lasted precisely 7 days till both my car and my old phone and then my brand new phone crapped out.
