sorry i have not put up any thing new in awhile im a lazy fat ass what can i say

First 3 miles in 24 minutes, next 3miles 36 minutes, in my gear, then 20 minutes MSE

I ran about 1 mile tonight, with no weights at all. At least my ankles have stopped hurting like hell every time I walk downstairs. Littttle steps.
