the flu/strep has hit me so hard. I can't remember the last time I was this sick. I feel miserable. I hope this passes soon 😩

Difficult coworkers

What's the best way to deal with a difficult employee. She is a master manipulator and gossip, she is deceitful and vindictive. Yes, I have taken disciplinary action but unfortunately she is protected by the union. I have tried everything and I at the end of my rope with her. Everyone says it's because she is jealous of me but I am not buying that....
