What's the best way to deal with a difficult employee. She is a master manipulator and gossip, she is deceitful and vindictive. Yes, I have taken disciplinary action but unfortunately she is protected by the union. I have tried everything and I at the end of my rope with her. Everyone says it's because she is jealous of me but I am not buying that. It's not an excuse for her behavior. I am the ultimate professional at work.
Please help. I am open to suggestions
