Could any of you join me for a trip to NYC? I just bought myself a ticket to see
Annie (NOT the musical, I mean the singer/DJ) in NYC on Wednesday the 29th and I really shouldn't go alone. I figure this is too short notice plus it's a weekday so I have a feeling nobody will be able to join me. I REALLY REALLY don't want to cancel. I don't want to miss this opportunity, it's kind of rare.
I plan on taking the train to get up there. Otherwise it would be a four hour drive and I'm not prepared for that.
It's at a club called Scenic on 25 Avenue B at 10pm.

I'm of course not going to say "yes" to all who offer to come... I need to know you well enough and trust you. In the end I may not know any of you well enough.
And I'd prefer to go with a girl. I'm trying to figure out where I can ask around. Ideally I'd ask in SGNY but I wouldn't be let in I don't think. I know a couple people on SG who are in New York but I don't think I know them well enough to be able to ask without imposing myself on them. I could ask in Girls Only, perhaps. I really don't know.
Like I said I REALLY REALLY don't want to cancel. I almost want to just go alone if I have to, but that's not smart. I'm not sure what to do. I'll be really sad if I can't go.
