today was a kick ass and take names sorta day.....squatted my first raw 500lbs.....fucking awesome.....i am PUMPED....this is a goal i set myself when i first began lifting and today it finally happened!!!! i also broke my bench PR as well with 330......next up 350....halfway to 400!
