What's your ideal way to spend a weekend?

My perfect weekend: a trip to the botanical gardens (as pictured above) on Saturday! I’d just walk around enjoying the fresh air and sunlight, checking out cool flowers and birds. Once I’ve had my fill, I’d stop at a little cafe for a sandwich and lemonade before heading home.

Mine's terrible - I do a hard manual job all week, and therefore I try to do sod all over the weekend. My bedclothes tend to get very heavy, I find, especially on Sundays. 😆😆😆

I had a girlfriend in the early 1980's who used to do this - she only liked my expensive ones, I found. She looked gorgeous in them, like you do here, so it never annoyed me. Funny thing was, she was a tiny wee girl, barely 5', and I'm 6'2", but my shirts never swamped her. Such happy times!
