It's been a bloody long time since I did a SGH Spotlight and it hasn't been through trying, it's been mostly because Ol' Leigh has been suffering through some crazy writer's block (We don't count the Taylor Hawkins post. Still miss him now.)
So, I'm sat here at 1am in the morning having just met the most remarkable woman @harmonylane and I got to speak to her a little, albeit online. Seriously, I have never seen such a beautiful smile, the young lady has a smile that could launch a thousand ships and wreck them if she so much wanted to, as well. I legitimately found myself in absolute awe and also in love and I missed the boobs part. I'm glad I missed it tbh because being male, I might have been knocked bandy (We all like boobs, right, boys? She's got them in abundance.)
There have been some great Canadians, Steven Page, Ed Robertson, Bret Hart and yes, Ryan Reynolds but this young woman might be the greatest Canadian I've had the privilege to meet (Albeit online.) She was welcoming, friendly and more importantly, warm, she wasn't like a typical SG. I have seen it too many times where ladies go pink and they post fuck all, they post one set and go pink and then it's like “Fuck you all, I'm the best.”. I do not mean to come across as bitter at all, but I have seen it too often. You have a lovely, friendly person like Harmony and she's still a Hopeful?
I got to discuss St. Christopher necklaces (My daughters have those too, as did I when I was growing up, but mine were always new, you know what I mean, young lady. I still apologize if I hit a raw nerve.), Pearl Jam, albeit by some weird accident and weed and how it is still not legal over here in the UK and you know what, Suicide Girls? I met a young lady with so much empathy toward her fellow human, despite of some of the more risque questions posted her way. I'm legitimately happy that I stumbled on her live feed and I would, hand on heart, recommend anyone speak to this beautiful young lady.
Know what else I'd recommend? Make her fucking pink! Closest to a real Suicide Girl I'll meet in a long time. HarmonyLane, thank you.
