Being an only child there are a few parts of my personality that I truly believe come from a lack of siblings.
I have been spending time with people who I like and have fun with since Friday, but today I just needed to crash on my own.
I find that this is a common trait among only children. That you need a certain amount of alone or decompression time. Time where you just sit by yourself and kinda unwind. I love to be with people, but after a few days of being around others constantly except for sleep, I need a little bit of time to myself, even if I am just vegging on the couch.
Another trait - is that I think only children have the ability to keep themselves entertained easily. Spinhouse is also an only, and we have this in common. You could literally put either of us in a room with just a chair and we would amuse ourselves. I think this is because you don't have siblings to play with all the time, so you get a little bit more self-reliant. Eventually your friends have to go home and then it is just you in the play room. So, you learn how to have fun on your own.
People say that only children are selfish, but I kinda disagree. The only children I have known have been very generous. Primarily because close friends really take on the role of surrogate siblings. I think that selfish comes from being spoiled and you don't have to be an only child to be spoiled!
I got to have a fantastic shoot last night with a very talented artist. I really can't wait to see the pictures! He does an 1800's erotic shoot. And tomorrow I will get another CD of pics, which you can currently view here: The bottom show on the left
Duff and I are patiently awaiting the camera, and I have been told that my girl crush elvgrenink may take some pics with me! Yay! She is the best!
Of course TES Fest on Saturday, I am sure we will have some pics from that!

so, those may be common traits among 'only children', but i think they're pretty common in general.
