Yeah pretty much what it says in the title. If you’re new to my blogs on here. You probably know that I have mental illness. Have been for years due to being bullied, betrayed and used in the past. And also from being alone & isolated for years too. I’m sure some of yous can relate to that. It really sucks. I do my best to make the best of it but some days it’s hard. And for a few months I’ve been really down. I had dark thoughts and that. It wasn’t good. I still suffer from the thoughts. Like I wasted my years, I’ll never get a girlfriend, ppl hate me, etc yeah thoughts like that. It really hurts but luckily I’m fighting back.
I started reading up other depression, anxiety sufferers stories on the web. They give a lot of helpful advice and link to a lot of positivity articles and the such. A lot of reading into it and it helps me quite a bit. Also I watch YouTubers who go through it too. They give great advice too. Like I watch LiveStrider who has Aspergers like myself who is easily to get depression and anxiety cause not many ppl understand or even care about our condition. It’s a cruel world we live in. But he give the best advice imo cause he’s similar to me. And that’s when the walking idea came to be. He heavily suggested walking really helps the head and the physical of course. He’s so right.
Ever since I started doing the walks, I’ve been feeling really good. I’ve been more positive cause I listen to the get rid of any negativity advice. I’m telling you right now, it works. I’m reading positive quotes all the time, chatting to ppl online more after being shy to (yeah I was shy to talk to ppl online, I’m the same offline lol) even talk to ppl especially girls, I’m getting better talking to friends & family and feeling better about myself really. I’m getting there. I’ve been improving a lot and more is coming. I’m hoping to do a hiking trip sometime down the line up north in the Highlands.
Starting the walk has been great. I post regularly on my instagram at KungFury87 about it if yous want to follow me there. I appreciate that. I also post nerd stuff too cause I love movies, music and video games too. Currently playing Yakuza 4 on the PS3 and God Of War on the PS4. Both awesome games. Especially Yakuza, seriously get into the Yakuza series. It’s one of the best video gaming franchises out there. So fun with lots to do, WITHOUT ANY LOOT BOXES OR MICRO TRANSACTIONS. How cool is that? Remember when we didn’t have to buy shit like that? I miss those days lol.
Also I post a lot of my cooking too. Btw it’s not vegan, if you are. Probably shouldn’t follow me cause I love meat. Sorry lol. Don’t get me wrong I don’t hate the vegan lifestyle. That’s your choice. I do like vegan food too, but I like meat. I don’t mind ppl eating what they want to eat but don’t judge others by the food they eat cause that’s a poor attitude to have. I talk to vegans all the time and theirs no drama. Just cause I eat meat doesn’t mean I hate animals. I love animals and if it’s just vegan food left, I wouldn’t be mad cause like I said I love vegan food too. Veggie burgers are awesome. But I love cheeseburgers, hot dogs, streaks, BBQs, etc. As long meat is around I’m eating it. But eat what you like, just don’t be a judgemental prick about it you know.
But I love cooking. Maybe thinking of doing a course in college or do something surrounding cookery. I love it so much. See what happens.
Also writing blogs like this and even writing songs is great too. I love to start doing music soon. Just don’t have money yet to get a keyboard. So I can learn and play. I’m into music big time. Luckily not into r&b, mainstream music or dudstep thank fuck lol. But if you’re into that, good for you more power to ya. It’s just not my cup of tea. Other than that I’m easily pleased to music.
Yeah so basically I’m just trying to look after myself, trying to get creative, keep fit both body & mind and just staying positive. Also being more social. I’m doing my best, that’s all you can do. Never give up. If you got a goal, dreams and ideas. Go do it. Cause if you put your mind to it you can. It’s up to you. Don’t fall down to the negative path my advice. We all have problems but what to do with it. Positive or negative? It’s up to you. I choose positive and hopefully yous do too. Life is short. Make the most of it. There is always good in this world worth fighting for and there’s always hope. Remember that always!!
